hi, we’re two ears creative

            Bill Worley, Producer & Director

Bill Worley is a filmmaker who loves to adapt and listen. He believes that truly hearing and experiencing a person’s story is unparalleled in its ability to bring people together.

Bill has worked for some big brands, traveled to far off places, and made videos millions have seen, but more than any of that, he’s obsessed with helping people find and tell stories that make you stop what you’re doing, pay attention, and feel something.

Bill is also an Atlanta based writer and sketch comedy filmmaker who’s been performing live improv comedy since 2008. His sketch comedy videos have garnered millions of views, and he’s had sketch pilots turned in MTVu shows, been featured at SXSW’s Most Creative Videos panel, and was a finalist in ATL Film Festival Short Cuts competition. He taught improv on VH1’s “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.”

 Mark Kendall, Creative Director

Mark’s seemingly endless creative inspiration and brilliance has created some incredible brand campaigns.

For the 2020 GA Senate Runoff, Mark wrote and starred in several sketches shot by Two Ears Creative encouraging voters to head the polls. The campaign was seen by over 3 million.

Mark Kendall is also an Atlanta-based comedian. His one person show, “The Magic Negro and Other Blackness” was produced by Dad’s Garage Theatre and the Alliance Theatre and also performed at ARS Nova’s ANTFEST in NYC and The New Ground Play Festival at The Cleveland Playhouse. He completed the Comedy Central Chris Rock Summer School Program, where he pitched jokes at “The Daily Show” and “The Colbert Report.” Mark was named best Professional Funnyman by Creative Loafing in 2015 and was the Readers Pick for Best Comedian in Creative Loafing Atlanta in 2019. Annalise Kaylor, Director of Content Strategy

As a documentary photographer, Annalise is always interested in the details – who, where, how – but her favorite is “the why.” She’s deeply curious, even about the mundane, and loves when a story takes a direction she hadn’t previously considered.

Before moving into a career of full-time photography, Annalise spent nearly two decades in the digital marketing space, both in-house and on the agency side working for some of the world’s most-loved brands. As a result, she moves seamlessly between your marketing, communications, and creative teams, ensuring that we deliver incredible visually storytelling that also meets the needs of your organization.

Nick Bilz, Producer, Director, Editor

Nick Bilz has been working in production for over ten years of nonstop adventure. What he’s realized – after micing football players, hosting live broadcasts, photographing US presidents, lighting documentaries and shooting sports cars – is that it is the people that keep him coming back. Along the way he’s accumulated a library of memories, made a lot of friends and even won two Emmys.
